Shipping Policy
Where is my order?
You’ll get an email confirmation immediately after you place your order and receive another email with tracking once your order is being processed for shipment. If you do not receive a confirmation email, please check your junk/spam folder.
How long does it take to dispatch/deliver?
Dispatch time
- All orders are processed and dispatched the next working day.
- Orders placed on Saturdays and on Sundays will be dispatched on Monday.
- For bank transfer orders, dispatch occurs the day after payment is received.
- For orders with address issues, dispatch occurs the day after the address is verified.
Delivery time
- Delivery takes 3-7 working days after dispatch, depending on the city and region
- No deliveries or dispatches occur on Sundays.
Address Issues
We make every attempt to ensure the shipping address provided at checkout is accurate and complete. If an issue is found, our team will contact you to obtain the correct address. If there is no response from the customer within 3 days, the order will be automatically canceled.
What days do you deliver?
We deliver our cookie gift boxes Mondays through Saturdays. We’re unable to guarantee an exact delivery time, and your order may be delivered up until 8 PM depending on the delivery driver and route. We strongly recommend keeping a close eye on your tracking information while your cookies are in transit.
Freshness
To ensure the quality and freshness of our cookies during transit, each cookie is baked on order, is individually packaged and sealed, placed in our branded, corrugated box, tightly packed with packaging material, and sealed in a flyer. Our baking and packing process ensures freshness for up to 10 days.
What Cities do you deliver to?
We currently deliver to major cities in Pakistan. Please make sure your city is present in the list when placing the order.
What if the recipient is not available to take the delivery?
We strongly suggest shipping to an address where someone will be available for the delivery. If you are not home to receive your package, Courier will reattempt the next working day; however, we cannot be held responsible for a package if the recipient is not present to receive the order.
Unsuccessful Saturday deliveries will be reattempted on Monday. Please plan accordingly. our goal is for all cookies to arrive as fresh as possible!
Shipping delays
- National holidays
Courier services stop delivery processes 2-3 days before national holidays like Eid and Ashura. Therefore, to maintain freshness, any orders placed during these days and during the holiday period are dispatched once services resume. A notification banner will also be displayed in such cases. If delivery fails before national holidays start, then orders will be delivered after the holidays.
- Sunday
Our courier partner, TCS, does not operate on Sundays. Therefore, no deliveries or dispatches occur on Sundays. Orders placed after 12:00 PM on Saturdays and all orders placed on Sundays will be dispatched on Monday.
- Address Issue
If the provided address is incomplete or contains an issue, the order will be dispatched the next day after obtaining the accurate and complete address from the customer.
How much will shipping cost?
Our shipping costs area flat Rs 250, which are shown to you during checkout.
Order Cancellations
We reserve the right to decline an order cancellation if we are not able to complete the request before the product has already been processed. Please double-check your order before placing it, ensuring all details in the delivery address are correct. If an order has already been fulfilled, we cannot modify the order or shipping address.
Do you accept returns?
Given the perishable nature of our cookies, we aren’t able to accept returns. If you encounter an issue with your order, please email help.crumble@gmail.com and let us know what’s going on. We will do our best to make it right.
