Our cookies contain dairy, soy, eggs, wheat, walnuts, peanuts, and hazelnuts, and all of these ingredients are processed in shared equipment. So if you have allergies to any of these ingredients, please avoid them because currently, we are not an allergy-free cookie bakery.
How should I store Crumble cookies?
You can store the cookies in an airtight jar and enjoy them for up to 10 days. For the best experience, warm the cookies in a microwave for a minute or less or until the cookies become gooey and then eat them.
What is the shipping time for the order?
Dispatch time
- Orders placed on Saturdays and on Sundays will be dispatched on Monday.
- Bank transfer orders are dispatched 1-2 days after the payment screenshot is received.
- All credit/debit card orders are processed and dispatched the next working day.
- For orders with address issues, dispatch occurs the day after the address is verified.
Delivery time
- Delivery takes 3-7 working days after dispatch, depending on the city and region
- No deliveries or dispatches occur on Sundays.
What if the recipient is unavailable to take the delivery?
If any issue comes up or the recipient is not home the courier will make a reattempt to deliver the package and our team will contact you to obtain the correct address. If there is no response from the customer within 3 days, the order will be automatically canceled. Therefore, please make sure the shipping address is accurate and someone is available to receive the order.
